Facebook polls are a great way to gather quick information. They can be used to get ideas from friends, ask questions, or ask customers for very quick feedback.

Click Groups on the left, under Pages.
Select the group you want to make the poll for
Then hit Create Public Post.
Click Poll
Write out your questions and answers. Note, by checking ‘Allow people to add options’ entrants will be able to write in their own answers rather than choose your options. Pick this if you want your poll to be more open ended.
You can tag people in the Group if you wish so they get notified, but this can be very hard to do when there are a lot of people, as you can’t tag the whole group.
Click post, and your results should appear in real time.
The process is exactly the same from the mobile app as well.
You can also add your poll to Stories as well by hitting the + Add to Story button, then tapping the Shutter icon, clicking Stickers, then tapping Poll to make your poll.
