To promote beIN SPORTS CONNECT, Football360 used Campaignware to launch a Spin and Win campaign that turned casual browsers into paying subscribers. Built in under two weeks and promoted across Football360’s website and socials, the activation offered three discount outcomes with instant fulfillment.

The heaviest lift was a new, secure payment and code delivery gateway for 50 percent-off winners, designed to remove friction, protect a finite pool of promo codes, and recover drop-offs with timely reminders.

Campaign Mechanics 

Each spin produced one of three outcomes, with fulfillment aligned to the discount level:

  • 100% free for 12 months - instant delivery of a unique access code
  • 50% off for 12 months - immediate payment and code delivery via a custom gateway
  • 75% off for 2 months - clickthrough to beIN SPORTS CONNECT to complete purchase

Why Option 2 Mattered Most 

The 50 percent pathway required the most engineering and UX design because it blended e-commerce flows with promo code logic:

  • Users needed to pay instantly, then receive their unique code on the spot
  • The code pool was finite, so every hold, payment, and delivery state had to be tracked reliably
  • Abandoned sessions needed follow-up to recover revenue quickly

What We Built 

A conversion-optimized path from spin to subscription, purpose built for speed, security, and ease of use:

  • Instant payments - credit card and Google Pay for immediate checkout, with real-time confirmation and code delivery
  • Five minute code hold - a clear countdown held a user’s code for 5 minutes to build FOMO, then automatically returned unclaimed codes to the pool
  • Code management logic - definitive states for delivered vs non-delivered codes to prevent duplication and protect inventory
  • Abandonment retargeting - automated reminder emails to users who did not complete payment during the hold window
  • Fresh UX - a clean, brand-aligned flow that made each step obvious, fast, and mobile friendly in line with Football360’s dynamic brand
  • Analytics and tagging - event instrumentation across impressions, spins, outcomes, holds, payments, and deliveries for performance insight [insert tracking stack notes]

Promotion Plan

  • Owned media - Football360 site placements, feature modules, and persistent entry points
  • Social - short video, stories, and static posts highlighting the top prize and the immediate checkout experience
  • On-page urgency - the visible 5 minute countdown and instant fulfillment messaging to drive conversions

Delivery Timeline

  • Week 1 - requirements, UX, payment gateway configuration, code state architecture, QA plan
  • Week 2 - build, QA, UAT with beIN and Football360, final instrumentation, go-live
  • Live window - 10 days in market with daily monitoring, code pool management, and email retargeting
