Your questions, answered
What is an outcome quiz?
An outcome quiz is a digital experience where each answer leads people down a different path to a result that suits them, such as the right product or membership. It can end with a button to buy or find out more, or with an entry form, so you learn what people want while you build a database.
How is it different from trivia?
An outcome quiz has no right answers. Trivia scores what people know against the clock, while an outcome quiz uses their answers to recommend something that suits them. Trivia suits a quick moment at the ground; an outcome quiz suits a purchase, a membership or a sign-up.
Can it recommend a membership, not just a product?
An outcome quiz can recommend anything you sell. The St George Illawarra Dragons used one to help fans choose a Red V membership. Fans answered a few questions, got the membership that suited them, and left their details before following a link to buy.
How long does it take to set up?
A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build from a template, depending on how much content you add, and most go live in under an hour. Most of the work is writing your questions, the paths between them and the results. You build it in your brand without developers or designers, and Copilot gives you people from our team when you're short on time.
Where does the entry data go?
Outcome quiz data is captured with consent on every entry and goes straight into your CRM or marketing tools through built-in integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and Data Talks. Webhooks send entries as people submit to any tool that accepts them, Zapier connects over 2,000 apps, and you can export it too. Campaignware is GDPR compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest, so the contacts stay yours.
