How it works

Live in minutes, in four steps.

A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build, from choosing a template to publishing, without developers or designers.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the template

Start from this template. It's already built and proven with real clubs and brands.

  2. Step 2

    Make it yours

Add your branding, content, prizes and entry form in the campaign builder.

  3. Step 3

    Share it with fans

Publish it on your site or app, in a link in bio, an email or a QR code at the ground.

  4. Step 4

    Own the data

Watch entries arrive live, then export them or sync them to your CRM.

What you get with this template.

  • Own the selection debate. Bring the talk about who should play onto your own website, app or channels.
  • A team of the season. Close the summer by letting fans name their best side.
  • An all-time XI. Mark an anniversary or a milestone with a side of legends.
  • A sponsor in the selection window. Your sponsor owns the moment fans pick their side, as an asset you can sell.
  • Reach beyond your followers. Fans share their side, so their friends come to pick their own.
  • Contacts you own. Every entry adds a consented fan to your database, ready for your next campaign.

Your questions, answered

What is a cricket team selector?

A cricket team selector is a ready-made version of our squad predictor, where fans pick their team of the season or an all-time XI from your players, then enter to lock it in. Clubs and governing bodies run one at the end of a summer or for a milestone, and sponsors use it to own that moment.

Has it been used in cricket?

Cricket Australia ran the WBBL Team of the Decade Selector, adding a custom player bio feature. New Zealand Cricket ran a pick your all-time T20 XI inside the BLACKCAPS Game Day Fan Hub, built on our Omnihub template. See more cricket campaign ideas.

Can our sponsor put its name on it?

A sponsor can own the selection window, with its brand on the team selector and its prize for entrants. Run it at the end of a summer or for a milestone, and it becomes a sponsor asset you sell from your rate card. Each campaign reports impressions, unique users, sponsor clicks and completion rates.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up a team selector mostly means loading your squad. A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build from a template, depending on how much content you add, and most go live in under an hour. You build it in your brand without developers or designers, and Copilot gives you people from our team when you're short on time.

Where does the entry data go?

Team selector data is captured with consent on every entry and goes straight into your CRM or marketing tools through built-in integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and Data Talks. Webhooks send entries as people submit to any tool that accepts them, Zapier connects over 2,000 apps, and you can export it too. Campaignware is GDPR compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest, so the contacts stay yours.
