Disability Sport and Recreation, the Victorian not-for-profit, used Campaignware to build nomination pages for every category of its 2021 VDSR Awards. The challenge
Disability Sport and Recreation had been using simple form tools such as SurveyMonkey for its awards nominations. They weren’t visually appealing and gave nominators a poor experience.
There was a second problem. The team felt people weren’t finishing their nominations because they didn’t know what to write.
What they did
Using the self-service campaign builder, the team built a nomination page from the awards submission template in less than an hour, then duplicated it for every other award category in a few minutes.
Nominators answered a few questions and uploaded a photo or video of the person they were nominating. To give people a starting point, the team turned on a content wall that displayed the shortlisted nominations. That gave nominators the inspiration they needed, and nominations increased significantly.
